About The Lincoln Park Pacers Founded in 1984, The Lincoln Park Pacers Running Club is one of Chicago's largest running clubs with over two hundred members. We run in beautiful Lincoln Park along the lake front running path the complete year round. Our club welcomes and attracts runners of all abilities, ranging from recreational runners to the competitive road racers. Not only are we dedicated to the personal fitness goals of our members, we pride ourselves in being an active social organization where all our members have an enjoyable time in various club events, including weekly fun runs, frequent ethnic dinners and holidays parties. In addition to publishing a monthly News letter, The Pace Setter, The Lincoln Park Pacers are also the proud sponsors of the annual Halloween Trick or Treat Trot 5K, with proceeds donated to charity.
